AbleOrganizer features a number of reports used to understand activity within your website. These reports can easily be shared amongst your teams to provide you with an ongoing method of understanding the effectiveness of your campaigns.
All reports in AbleOrganizer can be accessed via the main reports page, which will provide a detailed listing of all reports similar to the one seen in the following screenshot.
Reports are categorized by the nature of the report and include a short summary of their contents. Within each report, you will find a variety of chart, graphs, tables, lists of contacts, and other information specific to the subject. A typical report interface looks similar to the following screenshot:
The screenshot contains the donation overview report, which is a summary overview of all donation activity. Each widget displayed in the report can be configured based on criteria associated with each item. For instance, the 30 day history chart can be changed to a 90 day history chart by simply clicking a button. The specific colors used can be modified using the reports settings for donation reports.
AbleOrganizer is not a one-size-fits-all platform. The reporting system reflects this fact by providing you with basic reports for each feature that can be customized and adapted to the needs of your organization.
Each report in AbleOrganizer has been designed to be easy to customize. You can control the content, color, branding, titles, placement of elements and other details about each report using a web-based administrative interface.
All of the reports featured in AbleOrganizer are built using Views and / or Panels, which are comoponents of the underlying content management system. By hovering in the upper right corner of each report, you will find an icon that includes links to tools for editing each report.
Additionally, all of the charts created within AbleOrganizer are built using an open source graphing library called flot. The reason flot was chosen was due to its support for mobile devices and the intuitive customizability of the library.
